Fouad Riaz Bajwa is the Co-Founder and General Secretary of FOSSFP (Free and Open Source Software Foundation of Pakistan). Mr. Bajwa is a Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) advocate in Pakistan. He is also an ICT consultant and his main interest is ICTs with FOSS.

Fouad heads LPI Pakistan, a Master Affiliate of the Linux Professional Institute(LPI). LPI has trained more than 4000 people since its inception.[1]

Fouad is a voluntary Admin Member of the BytesForAll Network South Asia and leads the BytesForAll Regional FLOSS Consortium in South Asia.[2]

Previously, Fouad has worked on the E-Museum Project in Pakistan which aims to bridge the gap between the South East Asian cultural heritage & technology.[3]

Fouad is a ISOC Global member.[4] He also served as a ISOC Ambassador to the IGF.[5] He is also a community member at DiploFoundation.[6]

Fouad has attended the WSIS'05-World Summit on Information Society Tunisia 2005 and FOSSFA-IDLELO2 Nairobi, Kenya.[7]
