Jesus Martinez Alfonso is currently employed with ETECSA.

He is an active participant of LACNIC and has participated eight[2] and nineth[3] LACNIC conferences.
He was also a participant at the Symposium on Multilingual Domain Names conducted by ITU and World Intellectual Property Organization.[4]
