Jesus Martinez Alfonso is currently employed with ETECSA.
Previously, he was the Director of Center for Automatic Interchange of Information (CENIAI).[1] He is an active participant of LACNIC.[2][3] He was also a participant at the Symposium on Multilingual Domain Names conducted by ITU and World Intellectual Property Organization.[4]
