Jeff Neuman is the Founder & CEO of JJN Solutions, LLC, a law firm and policy consultancy specializing in domain name disputes, portfolio management, Intellectual Property, entertainment law, licensing, contract negotiations and brand protection. Jeff is also the Chief Operations and Legal Officer of Dot Hip Hop, LLC and represents them in the Registries Stakeholder Group, where he serves as the Vice Chair of Administration[1]. He is also an accredited dispute resolution panelist at The FORUM and has written dozens of UDRP and other ccTLD dispute resolution decisions. Jeff is also an active member of the Internet Commerce Association.

Jeff has been active in the ICANN community since well before there was an ICANN and helped in the original efforts to form ICANN in 1998, while working at the law firm of Arter & Hadden and representing the United States Olympic Committee, American Red Cross, Major League Soccer and others. He also served on the committees that established the Uniform Dispute Resolution Process ("UDRP") in 1998. Jeff has served on the GNSO Council on several occasions including in the 2000s, 2010s, and 2020s. He was a GNSO Council Vice Chair for several years between 2012 and 2014 and served as the GNSO Liaison to the GAC from 2020 through 2024. Most notably, Jeff was a Co-Chair of the GNSO Subsequent Procedures Working Group, the group responsible for developing the policies and procedures for the next round of New gTLDs and during his term on the GNSO Council, he served as the GNSO Liaison to the Operational Development Phase for the next round of New gTLDs. Prior to that he co-chaired task forces and working groups on issues related to WHOIS as well as the development of PDP 2.0.

Prior to the founding of JJN Solutions, Jeff served as the Senior Vice President, USA at Valideus and Com Laude from January 2015 until June 2020. Before that, he was the Vice President of Business Affairs[2] at NeuStar, where he originally headed up the legal and policy group dealing with domain name registry issues and later became the head of the registry group at Neustar. He worked for Neustar for 15 years, where he was responsible for the P&L of the domain name registry business. During his tenure he grew the registry business from its beginnings to more than $100M. He also was responsible for the establishment of a number of new "franchise businesses" at Neustar including its partnerships with GSMA, CTIA and Ultraviolet.

Outside of work, Jeff is an avid musical theatre fan, producer, and investor[3]. He was involved with the 2022 revival of Company, which won the 2022 Tony Award for Best Musical Revival[4]. He also produced the Broadway and West End productions of Be More Chill, the West End production of On Your Feet!, the Regional productions of Love in Hate Nation, Broadway Bounty Hunter and SuperYou. He is the current Vice President of Administration for NextStop Theatre in Herndon Virginia[5] and is an adjudicator for the Helen Hayes Awards for outstanding theater in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.[6]

He earned a J.D. in law from The George Washington University Law School in 1997, after completing both a B.A. in Labor and Industrial Relations and a B.A. in Political Science in 1994, where he graduated summa cum laude.

He worked as an attorney at Greenberg Traurig from 1999-2000, prior to which he was an attorney at Arter & Hadden.
