Alain Bidron is the Head of the Numbering and Addressing unit at France Telecom. Bidron is a member of the ISPCP Executive Committee, The ISPs and connectivity providers (ISPCP) Constituency are an integral part of the generic Name Supporting Organization (GNSO). Alain Bidron is also an active member of RIPE (Réseaux IP Européens), a collaborative forum open to all parties interested in wide area IP networks.
