Carlos Reyes is a Senior Policy Analyst at ICANN, where he provides support to the global, multistakeholder policy development community.[1][2]Reyes works with the ALAC, ASO, GNSO, RSSAC, and SSAC. [1] Reyes joined ICANN in December 2012 and is based in the Washington, D.C. engagement office.
Previously, Reyes worked as an associate at Impacto Group LLC, a strategic communications and consulting firm focusing on the emerging power of the Hispanic community in the United States.
