IAOC (IETF Administrative Oversight Committee) main responsibility is to provide appropriate direction, supervision and to review the work of IETF Administrative Support Activity (IASA),which is in-charge in the fiscal and administrative support of the IETF standards process and to supervise the job of the IETF Administrative Director (IAD).[1] The organizational structure of the IAOC is explained by RFC 4071 which was published on April 2005.[2]
