Brand Protection Achievements

In May of 2009, Safenames successfully recovered a variety of domain names for five major soccer clubs within the English Premier League. The company was able to link the disparate trademark infringements into a single case and file on behalf of Manchester United, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur, Fulham, and West Ham clubs. They filed with WIPO using the UDRP. The WIPO panel ruled in their favor.
