Allan MacGillivray is the Senior Policy Advisor to the President at Canadian Internet Registration Authority. He has held that role since June 2012, and was previously the Director of Telecommunications for the Canadian Government.[1]

Allan obtained his Master of Arts in Public Administration at Carleton University.[1]
