  • He has been working in various sectors on the Internet since 1992.
  • His doctoral thesis gave birth to the wiwiw.org project.
  • He has been working at the Stanford University in California since 2003.
  • At Atlas Information Technology in Barcelona, he has been a Member of the Board of Directors Since 2001.[2]
  • Since 1998-2003, he worked as an internet marketing manager at auna.
  • He is the Co-Founder of ASERTEL and was the Chief Technology Officer from 1994-1998.
  • He has Co-Founded and was the president of the Internet Society Catalan Chapter.
  • He was the Executive President of of the Spanish Neutral Internet eXchange ESPANIX.[3]

  • From La Salle University in Barcelona, Doctor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication.
  • He holds a Masters's degree in Information Treatment and Management Information Technologies.
  • Andreu completed his Ph.D. from the University of Barcelona in Electrical Engineering in 1993 and Telecommunications Engineering in 1991.

He has written a number of articles on the topics of business and internet, in Catalan, Spanish and English, and a book named "Internet más Cerca.Diccionario de Acrónimos y Términos de la Red" which means "Internet más Cerca.Diccionario de Acrónimos y Términos de la Red".
