Ani Mkrtchyan is working at Internet Society Armenian chapter as a Project Manager. She is engaged in National Internet Governance Forums and Internet Governance Summer Schools as a member of the organizing committee. She is the author of the Armenian IDN ".հայ" promotion campaign. Ani is actively engaged in Internet Governance developments and initiatives in Armenia. Ani is a Youth Parliament Member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, member of the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations. Miss. Mkrtchyan holds a master's degree in Public Administration from the State Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia.

Ani Mkrtchyan holds a bachelor's degree in Cross-Cultural Communication and Linguistics from Yerevan State University. She has a master's degree on Public Administration from State Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia.
