Autorité de Régulation des Communications Electroniques et de la Poste (ARCEP) or, in English, Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, is a Regulatory Body from Benin, and also the manager of Benin's ccTLD, .bj.[1]

ARCEP-BENIN was established by Law No. 2017-20 of April 20, 2018, which repealed Law No. 2014-14 of July 9, 2014, concerning electronic communications and postal services in the Republic of Benin, which had created the former ARCEP-BENIN.

It is an independent administrative body endowed with legal personality, as well as financial and managerial autonomy.[2]
