Carlos Rodriguez works at Xinwei Intelcom as a Network Planning and Optimization engineer, who is in charge of the deployment of a nationwide cellular network in Nigaragua. He is also a voluntary member of IEEE Nicaragua, where he works with the Young Professionals affinity group. At ICANN 52 in Singapore, he was an ICANN Fellow, and it was his first ICANN meeting.[1]

He also collaborates with the AIN, the Internet Association in Nicaragua.[1]
