Charla Shambley is a Senior Manager in the Strategic Initiatives department of the Global Domains & Strategy function at ICANN. She has held several roles on the Operations, Service Delivery & Support and the Multistakeholder Strategy and Strategic Initiatives teams at ICANN including Manager, Program Manager and Executive Assistant. She joined the organization in February 2013.[1] ICANN47 in Durban was her first ICANN meeting.[2]
