The Consortium RDDH/FDS (Consortium Réseau de Développement Durable d'Haïti / Faculté Des Sciences) is the registry operator for Haiti's .ht ccTLD.[1] The domain was redelegated from HINTELFOCUS in 2004. HINTELFOCUS had been the registry operator since 1997, when Jon Postel delegated the domain to them.[2]

The .ht domain is an Open Use ccTLD, with no restrictions on registrations for the top level domain and most second level domains.[3] As of February 2021, the domain had approximately 3000 active registrations.[4]
