David Einhorn is a Partner at Baker & Hostetler LLV. His areas of practice include Intellectual Property and Cyberlaw.[1][2]
Einhorn has attended several ICANN meetings, including ICANN 49 in Singapore. He is a representative of the Intellectual Property Owners Association to the Intellectual Property Constituency.[1]. He is also vice-chair of the IPO Committee on Domain Names and Social Media and chair of the AIPLA Subcommittee on the Trademark Clearinghouse.
Mr. Einhorn is also an arbitrator of domain name cases for the National Arbitration Forum, and has rendered decisions in nearly 200 disputes.
