Achievements

Elsa Saade is an Independent Researcher and a Consultant at the Gulf Center for Human Rights. She has been involved with ICANN starting ICANN54 Dublin as an ICANN Fellow.[1] Since 2015, she has been involved in several Internet Governance initiatives which include her representation as an ISOC ambassador at IGF Joao Pesso, and her involvement in several projects related to the right to privacy, right to freedom of expression, right to access with different stakeholders in the IG sphere such as with Article 19 and Citizen Lab.

Elsa is a member of the NCSG and she has been voted as the NCUC Executive Committee representative for the Asia Pacific in 2018.
