Evan Leibovitch is the Vice-Chair of the At-Large Advisory Committee at ICANN, Open Source Architect at York University, co-Founder and Partner at Webwrote, and Senior Consultant and Partner at Xunil Corporation.[1]

Career History

Leibovitch has been working in the communication industry for more than 20 years. He has served as a writer and has worked on the Internet as well as in print.[2] Leibovitch's previous appointments include:

  • Executive Director at CLUE - Open Source Association of Canada
  • Co-Founder, Board Chair and President[3] at Linux Professional Institute
  • Partner, Director of Business Development at Starnix Inc.

Education

He has a post graduate degree in Journalism from Ryerson University and graduated from York University.
