Dr. Guillermo Manuel Zamora is the founder of Lex Trelew, a law firm in Argentina, and the founder of ElDerechoInformatico.com, a cyberlaw professional network.[1] He is also the Legal Adviser at Chubut Deportes S.E.M. and serves as a Correspondent at Business Software Alliance.[2]
Zamora is a member of the At-Large Community, on behalf of his firm. He is also a member of LACRALO and ADAIR, a cyberlaw association in Argentina.[3]

From 2007-2011, he was an attorney at MercadoLibre and was a Member of Jurist of the World in 2009. Mr. Zamora has also served as an Internal Auditor at Social Provincia del Chubut.[4]

He did specialization in inter-governmental governance from Organización Universitaria Interamericana.[5]
