Internet Society Colombia Chapter, a private non-profit organization legally established in Bogotá on October 16, 2018, is the official Colombia Chapter of the Internet Society. Its scope of operations covers the entire territory of the Republic of Colombia and serves the interests of all Colombian citizens, whether living in the country or abroad. It also serves foreign nationals in Colombian territory on issues related to the development, evolution, and use of the Internet in the country.

Its vision is to be recognized as a player in the Internet ecosystem that is constantly seeking, in a collaborative and open manner, services, solutions, tools, new applications, and opportunities supported by the Internet. This will transform the way people in Colombia live, work, interact, and relate to one another.

Its mission is to promote the principles and values of the Internet Society in Colombia by supporting, strengthening, expanding, joining forces, and mobilizing members and volunteers. This is done to encourage the open development, evolution, free access, and unrestricted use of the Internet in Colombia. This is for the benefit of all people in the country as another stakeholder in the Internet ecosystem in Colombia. It will facilitate the participation of the community at large, as well as experts in technology, industry, and policy, to address issues related to the Internet, its development, and evolution.[1]

The current executive committee is formed by:
