James Bidal joined Community Empowerment for Progress Organization (CEPO) as Information and IT officer in 2011. In this capacity, Mr Hitler develops communication plans for the organization, arrange publicity through different outlets. He writes news, releases and speeches. He composes, edits, designs, records, and produces publications such as newsletters, leaflets and brochures.
Bidal holds Bachelor Degree (Hons) in English Language and Literature from University of Juba and a professional diploma in Computer Science from Nelson Institute of Information Technology, he has completed Certificate in Development Communication (DevCom) in MS-TDCT, Arusha Tanzania.
He has over 5 years of professional experience in Research, project management, capacity building, and policy development. He also headed South Sudan GIPP funded by INTERNEWS which specifically aimed at lobbying for Internet Governance policy for South Sudan.
In post-conflict South Sudan, Hitler served as Secretary for Examinations for Equatorial College, Yei River County. He participated in a team of finance experts in developing a strategic institutional plan and expenditure framework for CEPO south Sudan.
