Josh Rowe manages Australia Post's IT innovation program and therefore must find new profitable revenue-generating opportunities through the use of technology and deliver improved IT capability through continuous improvement.

Furthermore, Josh is a director of the Australian domain name regulator, .au Domain Administration Ltd AUDA; and is a staunch consumer advocate within the Australian domain name industry especially with regards to exposing unscrupulous operators, and maintains a Price Comparison of .auDA Accredited Registrars.

He is the founder of Sanctum Internet.[1]

Josh is a founding director and current Chairman of the Coalition Against Unsolicited Bulk Email, Australia (CAUBE.AU), director of the International Coalition Against Unsolicited Commercial Email (iCAUCE), and Deputy Chair for the Asia Pacific Coalition Against Unsolicited Commercial Email (APCAUCE).

He has been a part of three ICANN meetings.[2]

Josh holds a Computer Science degree and is currently undertaking a Master's in e-Business by research from RMIT University.
