Miguel Ignacio Estrada is the Strategic Engagement Director of LACNIC since May 2021. Has has served as the General Manager of LACTLD (Association of Administrators of TLD from Latin America and the Caribbean) from 2017 until April 2021. During 2017 he acted as an Advisor for the Undersecretary of TIC Regulation of Argentina. From 2016 until 2017 he was the National Director of Internet Policy and Development. He also served as the Communications Manager at the Argentinian ccTLD operator, NIC Argentina, from 2012 until 2016.

He has been involved with ICANN through ISOC.
