Mutegeki Cliff Agaba is a designer and digital Entrepreneuer.

He is currently the Vice President of the Internet Society Uganda where he previously served as the secretary for Special Intrest Groups. Mutegeki Cliff Agaba has over 10 years experience in internet Advocacy work. He is enthusiastic about technology, the digital world and the Internet. He also serves as the Chapter Advisory Representative. He has contributed to capacity-building initiatives in the Internet Society Uganda Chapter among being Co-ordinator a remarkable webinar for Community Networks themed Importance of Internet Connectivity in Times of Pandemic: Case for Community Networks in Uganda. . Furthermore he was enganged in organising ICANN Readouts, Uganda Internet Governance Forum and a couple of other events.

He is a member of the Universal Acceptance Steering Group and the Communications working group Committee. He has been involved in the At-Large Community and the AFRALO as a Member.
