Noveck J. Gowandan is a seasoned expert with over 18 years of ICT experience in both public and private-sector engagements, with a proven track record of delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions to complex business challenges. He is an established global collaborator, with industry partnerships that include an ICANN Fellowship, an EDUCAUSE Senior Director Institute Alumnus, a Certiverse examination platform pioneer, and a long standing strategic relationship with the Linux Foundation to create several industry relevant certifications around the Linux ecosystem.

Noveck holds a PhD in Governance, and his research focused on the complex relationships between IT governance, organizational politics and organizational culture. He also has a BSc in Information Systems and an MSc in Strategic Leadership and Management. In addition to his academic pursuits, he also has a significant training portfolio with themes in Open Source, Cybersecurity, Leadership, Management, Business Continuity, Business Analysis, Project Management and more.

Noveck is a fervent advocate for the strategic utilization of ICT to elevate organizational outcomes. He ardently believes in nurturing the growth of the individuals behind these accomplishments, emphasizing the integral role of people development in driving technological success.
