Ramesh S is the Service Management Head at Sify, where he has worked for over 17 years. Prior to his current position, he was a Product Manager,[1] where his responsibilities included defining product feature requirements, articulating detailed functional specifications and managing the entire lifecycle of a product from its conception, through design and implementation.
Career History
Mr. Ramesh has 20 years of cross-functional experience in process implementation & product life cycle management.
Prior to joining Sify in 2005, he was the Delivery Manager at Frontpoint Systems Ltd for four years. From 1999 to 2000, he worked as the Tech Manager at Nashsoft System Ltd.
Education
He holds an MBA from Annamalai University and a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Madras.[2]
