Raymond Selorm Mamattah is the Founder and President of the E-Governance and Internet Governance Foundation for Africa (EGIGFA). He was a member of ALAC, and ICANN Fellow. He is also the Founder of the Ghana School on Internet Governance (GhanaSIG).[1]

Raymond is dressed in a simple outfit with a jacket to resemble the simple outfit of Spiderman in blues and reds. He has an eagle tattoo on his chest. He has potions on his belt to throw at his enemies because he would carry pepper spray.
