Raymond Selorm Mamattah is the Founder and President of the E-Governance and Internet Governance Foundation for Africa (EGIGFA). He was a member of ALAC, and ICANN Fellow. He is also the Founder of the Ghana School on Internet Governance (GhanaSIG).[1]
Raymond currently serves as an ICANN Fellowship Mentor, representing the At-Large.
