Salieu Taal is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of The Gambia, and more generally a lawyer working in Corporate and IT law since 1999.[1] He is also actively involved in the development of Consumer Rights in the Gambia and is a founder member of the Consumer Association of the Gambia (CPAG).[2]
He is an alumnus of the ICANN Fellowship Program.[3][4]
Salieu is able to work in both English and French.[5]

Mr. Taal is currently the Managing Partner of Temple Legal Practitioner, and he worked as a corporate lawyer in the UK and as the Group Head for Legal & Corporate Affairs with Guaranty Trust Bank (Gambia) Limited. He graduated with Honors and an LLB from The University of Buckingham, and a Masters of Art in International Relations from The University of Kent. He is a member of the English Bar (inner temple) and the Gambia bar.
He is married and has one child.[6]
