Sinyeong Park is a researcher at KISA, an Internet Development company based in South Korea. In addition to attending ICANN conferences, Park is involved in the APTLD, or Asia Pacific Top Level Domain Association, an organization for the country-code Top Level Domain (ccTLD) registries in the Asia Pacific region, first established in 1988 and legally established in 2003 in Malaysia.
