The Technical Center of the Internet (TCI) is the registry backend for Russia's national domains, including ccTLDs, IDNs, and New gTLDs . It was Founded in 2009 by two Russian registries, the Coordination Center for TLD RU, the registry for .ru and .РФ and the Foundation for Internet Development, the registry for .su.[1]
