Telecom Cambodia is the registry operator for Cambodia's .kh ccTLD.[1] The state-owned company is responsible for internet and telecommunications infrastructure in the country.[2] Registration for .kh domains is restricted to Cambodian businesses, under the second level domains .com.kh and .net.kh.[3]
