Toby Hall is a highly experienced marketeer who has supported a series of fast growth public and private businesses in the Internet and natural resources sector over the last twenty years. In this capacity, he has been a strategic adviser to Minds + Machines Group Limited (MMX) since its inception. Following the successful launches of .miami and .law, Toby formally took over the responsibilities of Chief Marketing Officer for the Group in January 2016. On 22 February 2016, Toby was appointed Chief Executive Officer and has led the Group as it restructured into a pure-play registry and successfully opened up the China market through the launch of .vip which received Chinese Government MIIT approval in December 2016. He divides his time between the US, UK, Europe and Asia.

From 1992 to 2016, as the founder and majority shareholder, Toby worked for GTH Communication Limited focusing on media relations. Since 2015, Toby has been serving as the CMO of Minds+Machines Group.[1]

Toby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from University of London.
