Behnam Valizadeh is a manager at Information Technology Organization (ITO) of Iran. He works in Internet Resources at ITO. He is also a Business Consultant. He works in Internet Governance and is involved in the Information Society.
He was at ICANN 55 in Marrakech, ICANN 60 in Abu Dhabi, and ICANN 63 in Barcelona. He also participated in IGF 2011 in Nairobi. He has been in WSIS Forum since 2011.

- Behnam has MA at Entrepreneurship Management from the University of Tehran

- Behnam is currently Director-General of Integrated Management of National Information Network of IT Organization of IRAN
- He also is Director-in-Chief of PTMag (Pishran-e Tosee Monthly) a strategic monthly magazine in Iran about Information Technology.
- Behnam is a Business Consultant in Iran on Startups and Entrepreneurship about IoT, Cloud, IT and etc.
