'’’Will Shorter’’’ is the Senior Manager of Product Management for Verisign, the registry operator of .com, .net and .name generic top level domain names (gTLDs); .cc and .tv country code top level domain names (ccTLDs).

Shorter studied at the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University from 1994 to 1998. He is taking another two years of continuing education from the same college and expected to graduate in 2012.[1]
