Jean Guillon is an independent consultant in the domain name industry. He calls himself a new gTLD specialist and provides marketing advice to entities who are interested in applying for new generic top level domain names (gTLDs), as well as identifying and connecting with proper investors. Guillon holds a Master Degree in Marketing Management and Communication and a Bachelors of Science in Business. He also holds an Advance Technician Certificate (Brevet de Technicien Supérieur).[4]

He was responsible for providing feasibility studies, administrative and technical domain name management, and marketing the services of the company for new gTLD applications.
