Nick Nugent is currently a vice chair of the Address Supporting Organization Address Council (ASO AC), representing the ARIN Region. As part of his work for the ASO AC, he was involved in drafting the RIR Governance Document, which is intended to replace the Internet Coordination Policy-2 (ICP-2) document governing the criteria and procedures for establishing new regional internet registries (RIRs). He works as an Assistant Professor of Law for the University of Tennessee.
