Donuts' Offer & Rejection[edit | edit source]
On July 5, 2016 Rightside announced that its board rejected Donut's bid to purchase Rightside's current domain name portfolio. In response to the $70 million dollar bid, Rightside CEO Taryn Naidu stated that the amount "significantly undervalues" his company's domain holdings, further projecting that his company will generate revenue between $50 to 70 million annually for the next 3-5 years.
