Esteban Lescano is "Lescano & Etcheverry Abogados" founder, a TIC law firm in Argentina located in Buenos Aires. The firm focuses on legal and regulatory advice for Internet Service Providers and Telecommunications and Media companies.[1] He is also a lecturer at UBA (University of Buenos Aires) and an associate lecturer at UDESA (University of San Andres).
