Matt Serlin is the Director of Operation and Product Management of MarkMonitor, a company engaged in providing online brand protection such as anti-piracy, anti-fraud, domain management and advisory services. He represents the company in the activities and meetings of the ICANN, particularly the GNSO Registrar Stakeholder Group (RrSG).
Career History
Serlin began his IT career as Operations Supervisor for Scopus Technology in 1997. After serving the company for one year, he moved to Siebel Systems and worked as Operations Manager for three years until 2000. He also worked for Mobileum as Operations Manager until 2001. In 2002, he was hired by MarkMonitor as Director of Operations and Product Management.[1]
