The Registry Services Technical Evaluation Panel (RSTEP) is composed of 20 individuals who are expert in the design, implementation and management of the multiple systems and the different standard-protocols used in the Domain Name System (DNS) and the entire Internet infrastructure.The RSTEP chairman select the membership of the panel. RSTEP was created based on Section 1.4 of the Registry Services Evaluation Policy, which was implemented by the ICANN Board on August 15, 2006. [1]
