Xavier Buck, the CEO of the company, is one of the founders of DCL Group SA. He and Marco Houwen founded Datacenter Luxembourg in the year 2000.[3] Two years later, Xavier Buck created EuroDNS, a global domain name registrar.[4] EuroDnS has more than 300 extensions under its belt. After another 2 years, in 2004, Xavier and Marco started voipGATE.[5] voipGATE is a Voice Over IP Operator which provides telecommunication services throughout the world.
