Michele Neylon (Irish: Michela Ó NIALLÁIN) is the founder and managing director of Blacknight Internet Solutions Ltd, an Irish domain registrar and hosting company. He also is a domainer, running sites like Films.ie, Wallpapers.ie, Search.ie in his free time. Neylon actively participates in the Internet and ICT industry in Ireland as well as being involved in a number of open-source projects. He is involved in the Irish Internet Association and represents the association on the Irish Enum Policy Advisory Board. Neylon is also active within the ISP Association of Ireland and has sat on the Registrar Advisory Board of the .eu registry, EURid, from March 2010 till April 2016. Since May 2017, he has been a member of the eco Association Names & Numbers Steering Committee. Michele Neylon is involved with various other ICANN and GNSO groups, such as being a voting member of the Registrars Stakeholder Group within the GNSO and being a GNSO Counselor.
