Leona Chen-Birkner is the Director of Registrar & Community Relations at DotAsia Organisation.[1] DotAsia is the Sponsoring Organisation and Registry Operator for the .asia TLD.
Leona is a key member of the team that launched DotAsia in 2006. She is responsible for addressing the issues related to .asia and communication between the DotAsia Organisation and .asia accredited registrars.
Leona has participated at the ICANN Seoul,[2] ICANN Cartagena de Indias,[3] and ICANN Silicon Valley.[4]
Leona has previously worked at IBM Canada and Jens Corp, Tokyo.
She is married to Robert Birkner.
