Over the course of his career, he became a senior executive and had 45 years of experience in all aspects of corporate management, financial accounting/administration, infrastructure/operations, customer service, I/T, software development, and HR/benefits. He sold his company Netvantage in October 2007 to a private equity firm and completed a successful executive transition through July 2008. After 12 years as President/CEO of a software company, he started KBPraxis LLC, a management consulting firm. In August 2008, he became a full-time consultant with ICANN, helping them with a large-scale process re-engineering and organizational change initiative involving the Generic Names Supporting Organization ([[GNSO]]). His specialties include executive management, organizational design/development, program/project management, and process reengineering.
