ICANNWiki is currently undergoing server updates. Editing is enabled and functional, but small spikes of instability might happen.

ICANNWiki is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting the collaborative development of articles about ICANN and Internet Governance-related topics, currently featuring 8,392 entries. The aim of this platform is to provide neutral, third-party information that takes all sides into consideration. Want to help? Request an account today! Remember that ICANNWiki is not ICANN, being an independent organization. Any donations made to us are used only to maintain this platform.

Where to start

Starting in ICANNWiki is as simple as requesting an account, which will be approved as long as it does not seem to be intended for spam or malice. From there, check out our short content guide to get a feel for what belongs in the wiki. You may want to have a look at some data source suggestions on where to find reliable data! That's it, happy editing!

Current Focus

Our focus this season is: ICANN History. Our community is working together on surfacing information from ICANN's history, including going over its documents, blog posts, Working Groups (including the already great article on Working Groups!), and all other relevant information that can help us understand how ICANN arrived where it is today.
