Network Startup Resource Center or NSRC is an organization working for the development and deployment of Internet throughout the Asia Pacific region, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, the Middle East, and newly Independent States. It is part of the University of Oregon. It provides technical assistance to universities, government agencies and other organizations to expand and improve Internet access around the world.
