Ron da Silva is a former member of the ICANN Board, elected by the ASO. He is CEO and Founder of the consulting firm Network Technologies Global; the Vice President of Operations at Quantum Loophole, which focuses on delivering Gigawatt+-scale Data Center communities; and a member of the Board Of Directors at CertifiedTrue and the Data Center Coalition. Previously, he was the Group Vice President of Network Engineering, Architecture & Technology at Time Warner Cable. da Silva has been active in ARIN and served on its advisory council from 2002 to 2007.
