- In a CircleID blog post on December 30, 2021, Jeff Neuman questioned the practicality of ICANN’s Accountability Mechanisms, called for ICANN's Whistleblower Policy to extend to persons other than employees of ICANN, and accused ICANN of retaliating against DHH for filing an Urgent Reconsideration Request citing ICANN staff's inaction in responding to its Assignment Request for the .hiphop Registry Agreement.
